Professional Liability

Kaplan Landau regularly represents clients in a broad range of professional liability (or "malpractice") matters. We have litigated a number of matters in which individuals have suffered damage due to the breach of legal duties on the part of professionals expected to conform to accepted standards of care applicable to the profession. Several of our litigators are experienced in the areas of attorney liability, architectural and engineering liability, and accounting liability. Our attorneys regularly evaluate, counsel, and pursue or defend claims of professional liability.
