Kaplan Landau LLP was established in the Fall of 1985 and since then has successfully engaged in major corporate and commercial litigation, real estate, construction and environmental litigation, professional liability litigation, intellectual property litigation and white collar criminal defense, throughout the United States for a wide range of clients.

Kaplan Landau provides a unique service to clients by bringing large firm and government experience into a boutique environment. Kaplan Landau's clients benefit from such experience without the higher legal fees or duplicative staffing common in large firm practices.

Matters are typically staffed so that clients receive cost effective service at a senior level.
