Our practice encompasses a broad spectrum of industries, such as banking, real estate, construction, securities, and insurance. We have litigated against — and beaten — some of the most prominent law firms in the country, in arbitration or at trial. When our clients choose to settle, our skills as trial lawyers enable our clients to obtain favorable settlements. We have the resources to litigate large commercial cases and the ability to pass on cost efficiencies to our clients that large firms cannot offer.
